Advanced Open Water Diver Course

If you already have a PADI Open Water certification (or qualifying certification from another organization), the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course will sharpen your diving skills to become a well-rounded diver, extending also your depth limits to 30 m/ 100 ft.

The course takes 2 days, it consists on a knowledge development and 5 adventure dives, including the mandatory Deep and Underwater Navigation. You can choose the remaining 3 from following list:​

• Boat Adventure Dive

• Delayed Surface Marker Buoy Adventure Dive

• Drift Adventure Dive

• Enriched Air

• Fish ID Adventure Dive

• Peak Performance Buoyancy Adventure Dive

• Search and Recovery Adventure Dive

• Underwater Naturalist Adventure Dive

Day 1. 7.00am - 1.00pm

​​

• PADI E-learning theory material will be sent in advanced for you to complete at your own pace (includes PADI Advanced Open Water Diver's manual and knowledge reviews).

• Meeting at the dive shop.​​

​​

• 30 minutes boat ride to Catalinas Islands.

​​

• 2 dives at 2 different dive spots - Adventure dives 1 + 2.

​​

• Always with a PADI instructor.

​

 

Day 2. 7.00am - 1.00pm

​

• Meeting at the dive shop.​​​

​​

• 30 minutes boat ride to Catalinas Islands.

​​

• 2 dives at 2 different dive spots - Adventure dives 3, 4 + 5.

​​

• Always with a PADI instructor.

​
