Cancellation Policies
For all activities offered directly through us, except for the courses specified below, following cancellation policies are valid.
Cancellations or changes with more than 1 week in advanced: 100% refund
Cancellations or changes with less than 1 week in advanced: 50% refund
Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours in advanced: No refund
For PADI Open Water Diver course, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course, PADI Rescue Diver course (including EFR) and any other specialty courses, following cancellation policies are valid.
Cancellations or changes with more than 1 week in advanced: 100% refund of the deposit (except cost of PADI e-learning material)
Cancellations or changes with less than 1 week in advanced: No refund of the deposit
The cost of the PADI e-learning material once assigned to the student will not be refunded in any case of cancellation.

Please note that our cancellation policies are valid regardless of the nature of the cancellation or change, whether it's due to a change in your schedule, illness (certified or uncertified through a doctor), changes in your flights, or any other reason that even if it's out of your control, it is out of ours as well.

Once the activity has started, cancellation of any of the dives due to seasickness, inability to ears equalization or any other personal reason, will be handled as a cancellation with less than 48 hours in advanced.

Any modification in the schedule (under the above policy conditions) will be liable to a total or partial fee depending on availability or business demand.

A booking is only confirmed once 100% of the payment (or 100% of the deposit in case of the courses) has been proceeded. Until then, we are not able to hold the spots on the boat.
Cancellation policies due to weather conditions
Although uncommon in this area, sometimes weather or ocean conditions will prevent us from offering a safe boat ride to our destination. In this unfortunate case, we will do everything in our hands to reschedule your booking, if this is not possible or desired we will refund 100% of the payment.
Conditions are checked in the early morning together with the captain, only then we can take a final decision about the safety of the tour.
Please note that we don't cancel the tour just for rain.
